If your account has enough permissions, you can invite up to 5 (default quantity) users to your company.
To do so, follow the instructions below.

Go to User Manager.

Press Invite.

Fill in the User Configuration:

  • Email*

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Permission*

Info

* - mandatory fields.
Type in the email address as example@mailserver.com.
Permission can be edited after invitation.

Proceed to Report Configuration to assign Report Type (-s) to the new user right in the process of invitation.

Use arrow buttons to assign / unassign selected Report Types to the new User.

Press “Invite” to finish.

There are 3 statuses for users that you can view in User Manager.

  • Active

  • Locked

  • Pending invitation

User Licenses

User Licenses is the quantity of licenses purchased for your Company.
This is the total number of licenses available. This field is non-editable and exists for information purposes only.
