In many ways, the results and success of a technical inspection depend on objective and timely assessment of the condition of the inspected equipmentAttachments are often used during inspection to record and proof asset condition and identified findings. Storing pictures as attachments connected to Location, Asset or checklist item helps to better document the current state of the object in inspection. Therefore, in Azenzus Inspection Manager, there is a capability to add the most up-to-date photographs as Attachments to Locations, Assets, and Checklist Items.
User Guide
Location Attachments
❶ Select a Location.
❷ Click on the Attachments tabnear the Location tab to view attached files.
The digit in square shows the quantity of attached files. Click on the digit to view them.
❸ Double-click on a photo to view it in gallery.
❹ Double-click on a document to download it.
❺ Click on the cross icon to remove an Attachment.
❻ Use arrow buttons to scroll through the photos in the gallery.
❼ Use rotation buttons to spin a photo if necessary.
❽ Use rich text editor to comment on a photo.
❾ Click to download / upload Attachments.

Asset Attachments
❶ Select a Location.
❷ Select an Asset.
❸ Click on the Attachments tab near the Asset tab to view attached files.
