It is possible to configure which exact properties of Locations and Assets will be displayed in their Title & Summary in both Azenzus Inspection Manager and Inspection App.
Title is the upper row that displays two (2) particular properties of a Location / Asset separated by a delimiter.
Summary is the lower row that displays two (2) particular properties of a Location / Asset separated by a delimiter.
Delimiter is a a character that separates data between Location / Asset Title and Summary fields , e.g.: comma (,), slash (/), semicolon (;), etc.
General Configuration
Configuration of visible properties is available in Azenzus Inspection Manager only.
Follow the steps below to learn about configuration of Location / Asset properties in general.
❶ Select an Inspection → go to ‘Settings’ “Settings“ (the gear button) at the toolbar to open configuration window.
❷ Configure Location properties:
use dropdown menus to select properties for display
use “Add Field” to add properties for display
use “Remove” to delete properties for display
❸ Configure Asset properties:
use dropdown menus to select properties for display
use “Add Field” to add properties for display
use “Remove” to delete properties for display
❹ Configure Location / Asset sorting.
use dropdown menus to select an available which property to sort by
❺ Press Save “Save“ to update configuration.
