This article is for Company Admin / Manager users only.

With the User Manager menu, you can not only edit user details / permission, but also assign / unassign available Report types across users. Follow the instructions below to learn how.

Go to User Manager.

Select a user (press on the row) for further actions.

Press “Edit”.

Edit User Configuration:

* - mandatory fields.
Type in the email address as example@mailserver.com.
Permission can be edited after invitation.

Edit Report Configuration to assign / unassign Report Types.

Use double arrow buttons to assign / unassign selected Report Types to the new user.

Press “Save” to finish.
