Navigate to the User Manager menu.
In the Users list, identify and select the user you wish to suspend.
Click Lock at the bottom of the dialog to suspend the user account.

It is possible to suspend a user from your company. Follow the instructions below to learn how.
❶ Go to User Manager.
❷ Select a user.
❸ Press “Lock”.
The locked user obtains status Locked, but will still be visible in User Manager.
❹ Press “Unlock” to revert the previous action.
“Unlock” button is only active for users with Locked status.
Locked users are not included in the total number of user licences.
