User Configuration
Go to User Manager → Select Invite → Fill in the User Configuration (Email, First Name, Last Name) → select Permission to define user role → proceed to Report Configuration (right tab).

This article is for Company Admin / Manager users only. |
Accounts with Company Manager / Admin permissions can invite as many users as they have purchased licenses for. Each license corresponds to one user.
Follow the instructions below to learn how.
Invite user
❶ Go to User Manager.
❷ Press Invite.
❸ Fill in the User Configuration:
Email*
First Name
Last Name
* - mandatory fields.
Type in the email address as example@mailserver.com.
Permission can be edited after invitation.

❹ Proceed to Report Configuration

Assign Report Types to users in to assign / unassign Report Type (-s) right in the process of invitation.
Go to Report Configuration tab (right side of Invite User) → Select a Report Type → use arrows at the bottom Use single arrow buttons to assign / unassign selected Report Types to the new user.
Use double arrow buttons to assign / unassign all the available Report Type Types to user → press Invite the new user.
❺ Press “Invite” to finish.

User licences
User licence s is the quantity of licenses licence s purchased for your Company.
This is the total number of licenses licences available. The This field is non-editable and exists for information purposes only.

Activate user
An activation link will be sent to the indicated email address.
The new user will be listed in the User Manager with a unique ID and a Pending Invitation status.
User obtains status Active after successful email activation.
