It is possible to create an Inspection using an import file of your own.
To do so: Go to Inspection Manager main page and press Create Inspection . Follow the instructions below to learn how.

Press “Create” (the big plus) button located at the toolbar.

Fill in the Inspection details: .

  • Inspection Name

  • Description (optional)

  • Planned start / finish date

  • Actual start / finish date

  • Inspection Id (if any)

  • State & Status

Press Next.

Press ‘Choose File’ → select an .zip archive or Excel workbook Indicate Inspection State & Inspection Status.

Click “Next”.

In “Import new Inspection”, click “Choose File” and select a file on your computer.

Press Create to initiate file import process“Create”.

The new Inspection will be available in a few seconds.

When the Inspection file is successfully uploaded to the system, you will receive the following notification:

Select “Inspection Manager” to edit, delete or download the Inspection.

A notification saying that Inspection creation is in progress will appear.

Depending on the Inspection size, the process may take a several minutes.

A notification saying that Inspection has been successfully created.

Press “Inspection Manager” to review results.

In Inspection Manager menu, the newly cloned Inspection becomes visible immediately.

Click on it to select for further actions.
