❶ Open Settings → select “Inspection”.
❷ Load selected inspection Reload current Inspection: data from the server will override local data of the currently selected Inspection (unsynchronized unsynchronised changes will be lost).
❸ Sync all loaded Inspections: all Inspections loaded to your Android device will be synchronizedsynchronised. This feature is convenient in case, for example, when a technician has been offline for a long time, has completed several Inspections and can now sync all of them in bulk instead of syncing and searching Inspections one by one manually.
❹ Load all Inspections: loads all the Inspections assigned to current user from the server to the Android device. All unsynchronized unsynchronised local data will be lost.
❺ Tap here to delete the currently selected Delete the current Inspection data from device.
❻ Automatic loading all assigned Inspectionssync: toggle to enable Inspection App check and load newly assigned Inspections to your Android deviceauto detect & sync updates in Inspections with backend server.
❼ Automatic sync all loaded InspectionInspections: automatically sync all Inspections loaded to your Android device with the backend server except the currently selected Inspection.
❽ Automatic sync the current selected Inspection: toggle to automatically sync the Inspection that is currently selected for workInspection with the backend server.
❾ Automatic sync: toggle to detect updates and sync automatically with backend serverloading all assigned Inspections: load all assigned Inspections to your Android device with every App launch.
By default, automatic sync is triggered every 5 minutes and with every application launch.
