Lock: suspend a user from the Company.

This article is for Company Admin / Manager users only. |
Accounts with Company Manager / Admin permissions can invite as many users as they have purchased licenses for. Each license corresponds to one user.
Follow the instructions below to learn how.
Invite user
❶ Go to User Manager.
❷ Press Invite.
❸ Fill in the User Configuration:
Email*
First Name
Last Name
* - mandatory fields.
Type in the email address as example@mailserver.com.
Permission can be edited after invitation.
❹ Proceed to Report Configuration to assign / unassign Report Type (-s) right in the process of invitation.
Use single arrow buttons to assign / unassign selected Report Types to the new user.
Use double arrow buttons to assign / unassign all the available Report Types to the new user.
❺ Press “Invite” to finish.

There are 3 statuses for users that you can view in User Manager.
Active
Locked
Pending invitation
User licences
User licence s is the quantity of licence s purchased for your Company.
This is the total number of licenses licences available. The This field is non-editable and exists for information purposes only.
Assign Report type
Assign the desired Report type to the new user to make Report generation possible.
Within Invite User window, go to Report Configuration tab to assign the needed Report type(-s) to new user (use arrow buttons to move Report types).

Activate user
An activation link will be sent to the indicated email address.
The new user will be listed in the User Manager with a unique ID and a Pending Invitation status.
User obtains status Active after successful email activation.
