The purpose of this space is to develop a staff handbook/policy to prevent a lot of questions and ensure good communication between employees and managers in the workplace.

Staff policies typically will include topics like:
    

  • Our values

  • Meeting Culture

  • Sickness

  • Smoking

  • Vacation

  • Travel arrangement / settlements

  • Training

  • etc

We will start do develop pages for each topic. Please feel free to contact Artem if you have input to what should be part of our policy.
