Go to User Manager → select a user → press Edit.
Manager role allows you to modify other users (except Company and System Admin profiles) upon request.

User Licenses - non-editable
Switching your **Permission from Manager/Company Admin to a regular user is irreversible.
Contact System Admin, Company Admin, or Manager to upgrade your profile permissions.
Report Configuration
While editing a user, you can also assign or detach Report Types.
User Manager → select a user → Edit → Report Configuration → use >/< buttons to assign/detach Report Types
