Photos
The images attached to a Location, Asset or a Checklist item are considered as a special type of attachments, specifically Photos. They are displayed in the same tab, but have a distinct treatment in Azenzus Inspection Manager.
Any attachment in JPG/JPEG/PNG/GIF format is considered a photo.
For each Photo added, users can view the following:
file name
thumbnail preview
comment (if any)
It is possible to either upload photos manually (desktop/app), or make a shot of an Asset to record a specific finding or a Location condition.
Infrared Photos
Inspectors can take infrared photographs with a FLIR thermal camera.
When working with thermal photos in Azenzus Inspection Manager, keep in mind that:
Rotation on preview is disabled for infrared photos.
When downloaded, infrared photos are saved with .thermal extension
Basically, it is an archive that allows you to store several versions of an infrared photo and its metadata.
In order to open .thermal archive, change extension to .zip.
Infrared images require a separate license.
