Inspection is the core entity in Azenzus Inspection Manager data structure.
All the Locations with all the Assets, their photos and Checklist results are components of an Inspection. The result of an Inspection is a Report.
In Azenzus Inspection Manager you can:
Create an Inspection using an Import file
Clone an Inspection from existing
Assign or detach users to / from an Inspection
Edit Inspection details
Delete an Inspection

❶ Go to the main page → select an Inspection from the list.
The list of Locations opens automatically in both Inspection Manager / Inspection App.

All Locations and Assets are components of a particular Inspection.
Properties
It is possible to edit some of the Inspection properties in Azenzus Inspection Manager.
Inspection Details
Go to Inspection Manager menu to edit Inspection details.
Inspection details are general information fields indicating:
❶ Name;
❷ Planned start date;
❸ Planned finish date;
❹ Actual start date;
❺ Actual finish date;
❻ Order Id;
❼ State;
❽ Status;
❾ Description.
Inspection State & Inspection Status
Go to Inspection Manager menu to edit a state or a status of an already existing Inspection.
Statuses can be set for an Inspection with a ‘Released’ state.
If an Inspection has a ‘Draft’ state, all the statuses are ignored.
When an Inspection is created, it obtains ‘Released’ state with status ‘Open’. Change the status manually to ‘Draft’ if you need to keep the Inspection visible for yourself only.
Statuses for a ‘Released’ Inspection are the following:
Open
In progress
On hold
Closed
Archived
When an Inspection status is set to 'Closed’, it is possible to select a specific resolution:
Closed - Partially Complete
Closed - Complete
Inspection Types
Inspection type is a value, pre-recorded in the Inspection import file, that defines in detail how the Assets shall be inspected, indicating either a time period or a method, and defining which Checklist Items shall be used during inspection (e.g., daily / monthly, visual / detailed).
