Enable GPS Manually on your Device

Go to your Android device notification panel → enable Location services.

To allow the Azenzus Inspection App to access GPS on your Android device, navigate to the app's permissions and select "Allow only while using the app."

Enable GPS Manually in the App

By default, GPS is enabled in Azenzus Inspection App.

To enable GPS manually, follow the instructions below.

Open “Settings” → select “GPS coordinates”.

Toggle to enable GPS system to take coordinates of Assets.

Toggle to enable GPS system to take coordinates of Locations.

Photo Geotagging

In order to have photos of Locations and Assets with GPS coordinates included, enable Photo geotagging in Android: Settings: Photo.

GPS coordinates property has to be preconfigured in Location and Asset sheets in your Inspection Import file.

GPS Recording for Locations

Open “Settings” → select “GPS coordinates” → toggle “Enable GPS coordinates for Location”.

Press on the “Image” icon near the needed Location to to open related Attachments.

Press the blue circled camera icon to launch regular camera mode.

Tap the "Shutter” button to take a photo.

GPS coordinates of the photographed Location will be automatically recorded to the relevant property field.

GPS Recording for Assets

Open “Settings” → select “GPS coordinates” → toggle “Enable GPS coordinates for Asset”.

Press on the “Image” icon near the needed Asset to to open related Attachments.

Press the blue circled camera icon to launch regular camera mode.

Tap the "Shutter” button to take a photo.

GPS coordinates of the photographed Asset will be automatically recorded to the relevant property field.
