Asset Registration in App
Imagine a scenario where, during an inspection, you encounter a newly installed or unregistered piece of equipment that requires immediate recording and inspecting. Anticipating such situations, we have integrated Asset Registration functionality into Azenzus Inspection App. This feature allows you to create a new Asset from scratch or clone it from an existing one in a couple of minutes.
Decide if you want to create an Asset without reference or Clone from existing and follow the instructions below.
To start using the App, Admin user must create one or more Inspections and assign then to users beforehand.
Create an Asset Without Reference
Select an Inspection → tap to select a Location → swipe left to view relevant Assets → press the big plus button at the top to add a new Asset → press Create without reference → enter Tag and Name of the new Asset → exit keyboard → swipe right to view the list of Assets including the newly created Asset.
