Lock user

It is possible to suspend a user from your company. Follow the instructions below to learn how.

❶ Go to User Manager.

❷ Select a user.

❸ Press “Lock”.
The locked user obtains status Locked, but will still be visible in User Manager.

❹ Press “Unlock” to revert the previous action.

“Unlock” button is only active for users with Locked status.

Locked users are not included in the total number of user licences.

Delete user

It is possible to Delete a user with a Pending Invitation status from your Company.

To do so:

❶ Go to User Manager.

❷ Select a user.

❸ Press Delete.
A confirmation pop-up will appear.
Press OK to delete the selected user. Press Cancel to dismiss deletion.
