When an Inspection is created, it obtains ‘Released’ ‘Draft’ state with status ‘Open’.
Change the state manually to ‘Draft’ if you need to keep the Inspection visible for yourself only.

Open Inspection Manager menu.

Change Select an Inspection for further actions.

Press “Edit”.

Use the dropdown to select and edit Inspection stateto “Released”.

Select an Inspection for further actions.

Press “Edit”.

Use the dropdown to select and edit Inspection status.

Press “Save” to finish.

Statuses for an Inspection with a ‘Released’ state are the following:

  • Open

  • In progress

  • On hold

  • Closed - Partially Complete

  • Closed - Complete

  • Archived
