Asset | A physical object, the real equipment, a single or multiple subjects of an Inspection, placed in a particular Location and characterized by a name, a set of various properties and a type. Any type of an Asset can be linked to a Checklist. |
Attachments | Documents, images, or thermal photos attached manually or captured on-site. |
Checklist | A list of Checklist Items that form a checksheet, assigned to an Inspection, initially with particular predefined statuses. |
Checklist Item | A question or a statement that verifies compliance of an Asset with a specific requirement; the evaluation criteria |
Checklist Item Status | Checklist Item Status affects the actions applicable to the Checklist Item itself. Checklist Item Statuses are predefined by your Inspection worksheet. |
Inspection | A dataset containing information about the Location, relevant Assets, and a Checklist for each Asset type. |
Inspection Type | A value, pre-recorded in the Inspection Import file, that defines in detail how the Asset shall be inspected, indicating either a time period or a method and defining define which Checklist Items shall be used during inspection (e.g., daily / monthly, visual / detailed). |
Inspection Import File | An Excel sheet with specific structure that contains all the Inspection components. |
Location | An Inspection component that groups Assets based on a common blueprint or a fact that an Asset is installed in the same area. |
Report / Inspection Report | A custom or standard PDF/DOC/XLS file summarizing an Inspection, generated in both Azenzus Inspection Manager and Azenzus Inspection App. |
Report Type | A template that specifies the peculiarities of Report generation. Users can only select a Report Type that is assigned to them. |
