Attachmentsare often used during the inspection process to record and proof asset prove Asset condition and identified identify related findings. Storing Saving pictures as attachments connected to Attachments in connection with a specific Location, Asset or checklist item helps to better document Checklist Item helps documenting the current state of the an object in of inspection . Therefore, more precisely and efficiently.
That is why in Azenzus Inspection Manager , there is a capability you have an option to add the most up-to-date photographs as Attachments to relevant pictures of Locations, Assets , and Checklist Items either manually or capture on-site photos and save them as Attachments.
User Guide
Location Attachments
❶ Select a Location.
❷ Click on the Attachments tabnear the Location tab to view attached files.
The digit in square shows the quantity of attached files. Click on the digit to view them.
❸ Double-click on a photo to view it in gallery.
❹ Double-click on a document to download it.
❺ Click on the cross icon to remove an Attachment.
❻ Use arrow buttons to scroll through the photos in the gallery.
❼ Use rotation buttons to spin a photo if necessary.
❽ Use rich text editor to comment on a photo.
❾ Click to download / upload Attachments.

Asset Attachments
