Inspection is the core entity in Azenzus Inspection Manager data structure.
It is a database that contains all the Locations where the respective Assets are installed.

All Locations and Assets are components of a particular Inspection.
Inspection Details
Inspection Manager menu allows editing Inspection details.
Inspection details contain additional property fields such as:
Name
Planned start date, planned finish date
Actual start date, actual finish date
Inspection Id
State
Status
Description
Inspection State and Status
Inspection Manager allows editing state or status of your Inspections.
When an Inspection is set to RELEASED state, you can set statuses for it.
When an Inspection is set to DRAFT state, the statuses are ignored.
When an Inspection is created, it obtains RELEASED state with status ‘Open’. Set manually to DRAFT if you need to keep the Inspection visible for yourself only.
Statuses for a RELEASED Inspection are the following:
Open
In progress
On hold
Closed
Archived
When an Inspection status is set to 'Closed’, it is possible to select a specific resolution:
Partially Complete
Complete
Inspection Types
Inspection type is a value, prescribed by the Inspection Import file that defines how the Asset shall be inspected (e.g., daily, monthly, yearly, etc.).
