Maximum attachment size is 10 Mb.

Supported file formats:
Documents: PDF,DOC,TXT.
Images: JPG/JPEG,PNG,GIF.

You can attach files either in bulk or from different folders.

Add files as Attachments to Location, Asset or a Checklist item in order to provide on-site employees with any additional information required to complete their inspections.

Documents

Attach an area blueprint, access instructions, health and safety instructions, inspection standard documents or a previous inspection report.

Photos

The images attached to a Location, Asset or a Checklist item are considered as a special type of attachments, specifically Photos. They are displayed in the same tab, but have a distinct treatment in Azenzus Inspection Manager.

A Photo is defined as any attachment with an image file format (JPG/JPEG, PNG, GIF).

For each Photo added, users can view the following:

  • filename

  • thumbnail preview

  • comment (if any)

View Image Attachments

To do so, simply select a Location and click on the Attachments tab on the right:

Download/Remove Attachments

Click on the cross in upper right corner of an attachment to remove it.
Select an attachment and click the Download icon to save it to your device.

It is possible to download attachments in bulk. To do so, press and hold Ctrl, select the needed files and click Download.

Note: each file asks for download folder path.

Infrared Photos

Infrared images require a separate license.

Inspectors can make infrared photographs with a FLIR thermal camera.

When working with thermal photos in Azenzus, keep in mind that:

  1. Rotation on preview is disabled for infrared photos.

  2. When downloaded, infrared photos are saved with .thermal extension
    Basically, it is an archive that allows you to store several versions of an infrared photo and its metadata.
    In order to open .thermal archive, change extension to .zip.
