Lock User Account
Navigate to the User Manager menu.
In the Users list, identify and select the user you wish to suspend.
Click Lock at the bottom of the dialog to suspend the user account.
Delete User Account
It is possible to Delete a User from your Company.
To delete a user, locate the user's name in the Users list.
Click on the username and select Delete.
Note: Only users with Pending Invitation status can be deleted from the company.
User statuses:
Active
Locked
Pending Invitation
