If your account has enough permissions, you can invite up to 5 (five) users by default to your Company.
Follow the instructions below to learn how.
Invite User
❶ Go to User Manager.
❷ Press Invite.
❸ Fill in the User Configuration:
Email*
First Name
Last Name
* - mandatory fields.
Type in the email address as example@mailserver.com.
Permission can be edited after invitation.
❹ Proceed to Report Configuration to assign / unassign Report Type (-s) right in the process of invitation.
Use single arrow buttons to assign / unassign selected Report Types to the new user.
Use double arrow buttons to assign / unassign all the available Report Types to the new user.
❺ Press “Invite” to finish.
It is possible to assign a user to an Inspection even if they're still pending invitation.
User Statuses
There are 3 statuses for users that you can view in User Manager.
Active
Locked
Pending invitation
User Licenses
User Licenses is the quantity of licenses purchased for your Company.
This is the total number of licenses available. This field is non-editable and exists for information purposes only.
Contact Azenzus System Administrator via Help Center to modify user licenses number.
Activate User
An activation link will be sent to the indicated email address.
The new user will be listed in the User Manager with a unique ID and a Pending Invitation status.
User obtains status Active after successful email activation.
Activation link expires in 7 days.
