This article describes the main controls and navigation in Android version of Azenzus Inspection App.

Home screen

The Home button always takes you to the app’s home screen from whatever tab, list or step of an Inspection you are.

Inspection

List of Inspections.

List of all Locations in current Inspection.

List of all Assets in current Inspection.

Currently selected Inspection.

Inspections need to be assigned to a user’s account in order to be visible in Inspection App.

Company Admin and Manager permissions allow to view all Inspections inside a Company.

It is impossible to select several Inspections at once.

Location

When an Inspection is selected and successfully synchronized, Location list opens automatically.

Location progress.

Indicates the number of fully completed Assets / total number of Assets in a Location.

Tap the middle of a Location row to open Location properties.

Last used Location is marked in bold.

Tap the “>” arrow button to view Assets assigned to the selected Location.

Asset

Press “Asset” tab / tap the “>” arrow button on the right side of a Location row to open the list of Assets.

Indicates Asset progress.

Indicates the quantity of recorded failed Check Item statuses.

Indicates the number of fully completed Check Items / total number of Check Items assigned to an Asset.

Tap the middle of Asset row to open Asset properties.

Tap the “>” arrow button to open the Checklist related to the selected Asset.
*The most recently used Asset is marked in bold.

Checklist

Select an Asset → Tap the “>” arrow button on the right side of an Asset row to open the relevant Checklist.

Tap the triangle on the right of a Check Item o open a dropdown to select a Check Item status.

Swipe left / tap on “Attachments” tab to open Attachments of the selected Asset directly from the Checklist.

Tap to enter your own comment related the particular Check Item status details.

Tap to select a comment from recently used.

It is possible to type comments using voice input, for example, when you’re wearing safety gloves.

Bulk complete Checklist options

It is also possible to complete a whole Checklist in bulk in a matter of seconds.

When any of the above is selected, you will need to confirm to which exact Check Items the bulk complete action will be applied.

Sets a status for the all the Check Items.

Sets a status for the Check Items that have not been updated previously.

Settings

Follow the steps below to access general and advanced Inspection App settings.

Tap the three dots menu at the top right corner of the screen.

Tap “Sync statistics”.

Tap “Settings”.

Select a setting for further actions.

Additional controls

There are several other icons and controls in Azenzus Inspection App. Some of them are common to multiple entities, while others are unique. That is why we decided to collect them all in a separate section.

Indicates that an Inspection is successfully synchronized and downloaded to your device.

Indicates that an Inspection with some changes made to it has not been synchronized.

Indicates that there are no pictures attached to a Location / Asset / Check Item and it’s possible to take some. Tap to launch Camera mode.

Indicates that there are pictures attached to a Location / Asset / Check Item. Tap to open Gallery.
