Entity Relationship Hierarchy
Location resides under Inspection in our data structure.
There shall be at least one and, most likely, there will be multiple Locations within a single Inspection.
Properties
List of Locations can be represented as a worksheet in an Excel spreadsheet, and the Properties as the column headers in that worksheet.
All Locations inside an Inspection will have similar properties, but with differing values.
These property values identify a Location and provide unique information about it, such as External Id, Name, and GPS Coordinates.
For example, there can be a group named Address with such properties: Name, Street, House number, Postal code.
Those properties will be then rendered on your screen as a block with Address in Title field.
The mandatory properties for each Location are:
External ID
Name
GPS coordinates
Other custom properties can be added, such as:
Name
Street
House number
In Azenzus Inspection Manager, the same information will be presented the following way:

It is a good practice to capture photos of a Location during the inspection, as it may later serve as additional verification source for Location data/confirms inspection of the correct Location. The suggested list of photos that shall be taken for every Location is:

picture of the tag/identification plate (if any)
