A Checklist is a comprehensive Inspection sheet designed to guide users through a systematic examination of their Assets, ensuring all critical evaluation points are covered.

User guide

To start completing a Checklist, follow the steps below.

Click anywhere on a Location row to open the list of Assets assigned to it.

Click anywhere on an Asset row to open the relevant Checklist.

Click on the dropdown menu on the right of a Checklist Item to select a status for it.

Click on the “Attachments Number” icon to open files attached to a Checklist Item.

Click on the “Comment” icon to leave a note related to a Checklist Item.

Data structure

In Azenzus data structure, a Checklist consists of Checklist Items with relative Checklist Item statuses and Checklist Photos. Logically, a Checklist is applied to a specific Asset in order to record its condition.

Configuration

The overall appearance and configuration of a Checklist depend on the way it’s been configured in the initial Inspection import file.

Checklist is a static entity and can not be edited in Azenzus Inspection Manager / Inspection App.
