Checklist is a comprehensive inspection sheet designed to guide users through a systematic examination of their Assets, ensuring all critical evaluation points are covered.

Navigation

To start completing your Checklist:
1. Select an Inspection → select a Location → select an Asset → open the Checklist.

Entity Relationship Hierarchy

In our data structure, a Checklist consists of Checklist Items with relative Checklist Item Statuses and Checklist Photos. Logically, a Checklist is applied to a specific Asset in order to record its condition.

Properties

Select a status that corresponds your Asset condition.

Some Checklist Item Statuses may trigger a Corrective action.

If you come across a malfunctioning Asset, type in a comment to describe the finding in detail.

Maximum length for a property field is 5000 characters.

Configuration

The configuration of a Checklist depends on the way you set it up in the initial Excel file.
