In many ways, the results and success of a technical inspection depend on objective and timely assessment of the condition of the inspected equipment. Therefore, in Azenzus Inspection Manager, there is a capability to add the most up-to-date photographs as Attachments to Locations, Assets, and Checklist Items.

Location Attachments
❶ Select a Location.
❷ Click on Attachments next to the Location tab to view them.
The digit in square shows the number of attached files. Click on the digit to view Attachments.
❸ Double-click on a photo to view it in the gallery.
❹ Double-click on a document to download it.
❺ Press on the cross icon to remove an attachment.
❻ Use arrow buttons to scroll through photos in the gallery.
❼ Use rotation buttons to spin a photo if necessary.
❽ Use rich text editor to comment on a photo.
❾ Click to upload / download selected attachments.
Press and hold Ctrl + RMB click on the needed attachments for bulk selection.
Asset Attachments
❶ Select a Location.
❷ Select an Asset → Click on Attachments next to the Location tab to view attached files.
❸ The digit shows the number of attached files. Click on the digit to open Asset Attachments.
Click on the Attachments near to Asset tab to open Asset Attachments.
❹ Double-click on a document to download it.
❺ Press on the cross icon to remove an attachment.
❻ Use arrow buttons to switch between photos in gallery.
❼ Use rotation buttons to spin a photo if necessary.
❽ Use the rich text editor to comment on the photo.
❾ Click to download the selected attachment (-s).
❿ Click to upload / download selected attachments.
Press and hold Ctrl + RMB click on the needed attachments for bulk selection.
