Edit user
This article is for Company Admin / Manager users only.
In the User Manager menu, you can edit user details / permissions, assign / unassign available Report types across users and assign users across Inspections. Follow the instructions below to learn how.
Edit user
❶ Go to User Manager.
❷ Click on the row with the needed user to select them for further actions.
❸ Press “Edit”.
❹ Edit User Configuration:
Email*
First Name
Last Name
* - mandatory fields.
Type in the email address as example@mailserver.com.
Permission can be edited after invitation.
❺ Edit Report Configuration to assign / unassign Report Types.
Use single arrow buttons to assign / unassign selected Report Types to the new user.
Use double arrow buttons to assign / unassign selected Report Types to the new user.
❻ Press “Save” to finish.
Assign / detach users across Inspections
While being in the User Manager menu:
❶ Click on the row with the needed user→ click “Edit”.
❷ In the “Edit User Details” window, click on the “Assigned Inspections” tab.
❸ Click on the row with the needed Inspection to select it for further actions.
❹ Use single arrow buttons at the bottom to assign / detach selected Inspection(-s).
Use double arrow buttons at the bottom to assign / detach all Inspection(-s).
❺ Press “Save“ to keep changes.
Press “Cancel“ to discard.
Press and hold Ctrl + right / left mouse button click on the needed Inspections for bulk selection.
