Every entity has a set of properties, such as Name, Tag, Description, and External ID.
All instances of an entity will have the same property types, but with different values.
Property values differentiate entities. For instance, an Asset has a unique External ID for each physical object. Finally, every Assetis categorized by special property type that links an Asset with a Checklist.
