Location

Info

Location is an object that groups Assets.

Press on the Location tab to sort Locations ascending / descending.

Use the Search bar for Location lookup.

Click on the “Triangle” icon on the left of a Location to view its properties.

Click on a property field or a “Pencil” icon on the right side of a property to edit.

Press “Delete” to delete a Location. It is possible to restore a deleted Location afterwards.

It is possible to turn on / off display of deleted items in the Configuration window.

Click in the middle of a Location row to open the list of Assets assigned to it.

Asset is the subject of your inspection.

Press on the Asset tab to sort Assets ascending / descending.

Use the Search bar for Asset lookup.

Click on the “Triangle” icon on the left of an Asset to view its properties.

Press “Delete” to delete an Asset. It is possible to restore a deleted Asset afterwards.

It is possible to turn on / off display of deleted items in the Configuration window.

The Checklist tab opens automatically when an Asset is selected.

Restore deleted items

Restore deleted Location

Find the deleted Location you need to restore in Location list → click on the “Triangle” icon on the left of the Location to view its properties.

Make sure you have turned on display of deleted items in the Configuration.

Press “Restore” to revert deletion. The restored Location will now appear in the Location list as active, without a strikethrough.

Find the deleted Asset you need to restore in the Asset list → click on the “Triangle” icon on the left of the Asset to view its properties.

Make sure you have turned on display of deleted items in the Configuration.

Checklist

The Checklist tab opens automatically when an Asset is selected.

Click to expand and select an appropriate Checklist Item status from the dropdown menu.

Press to open Attachments related to the selected Checklist Item.

The number on the iconindicates the quantity of Attachments.

Press to enter a comment related to the selected Checklist Item.

Press the “Pencil” icon to edit a comment or documentation applied to the selected Checklist Item.

Checklist is a list of evaluation criteria applied to an Asset.
