Properties
List of Locationscan be represented as a worksheet in an Excel spreadsheet, and the Properties - as the column headers in that worksheet.
All instances of a Each Location inside an Inspection will have the same property types, but with differing values.These property values can have an individual set of properties.
Properties identify a Location and provide unique information about it, such as External Id, Name, and GPS Coordinates.
Properties can be arranged in “groups” for structuring the data. For example, there can be a group named Address with such properties: Name, Street, House number, Postal code.
Those These properties will be then rendered on your screen as a block with Address as a titlein Title field.

Inspection Manager
All of the visible Location properties are editable. Follow the steps below to edit Location properties in Azenzus Inspection Manager.
❶ Press the triangle button next to a Location to expand and view its properties.
❷ Double-click on the property field / press the pencil icon to edit a property.
The newly entered property value / information is saved immediately.

Follow the steps below edit Location properties in Azenzus Inspection App.
❶ Select an Inspection → click on a Location to select it for further actions.
❷ Tap in the middle of a Location row to open its properties.
❸ Tap on a property field to edit. Press “Enter” on your mobile device keyboard to save changes.

Attachments
It is possible to attach documents and image files of various formats to a Location.

It is a good practice to capture photos of a Location during the inspection, as it may later serve as additional verification source for Location data/confirms inspection of the correct Location. The suggested list of photos that shall be taken for every Location is:
general picture of a Location
picture of the tag/identification plate (if any)
additional pictures of the infrastructure related to the Location (pipes, cables, insulation, switches, etc.).
