User data deletion instruction
To request the deletion of your data from our system, please send an email to dataprivacy@azenzus-vision.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". In the body of the email, provide the following information:
Your full name
The email address associated with your account
Company name or ID or any other identifying information that will help us locate your data
We also need you to specify what exact data needs to be deleted, whether it is your account information or any other personal data that we might have collected.
Deletion of the company account and all associated data is possible only when cancelling the subscription.
Once we receive your request, we will confirm the reception within 5 working days. We will then proceed to delete the requested data from our system.
Please be aware that once the data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. Therefore, please ensure that you are certain about proceeding with the deletion.
It may take up to 30 days for the data to be fully deleted from our backups. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us at +45 3055 4489 (during DK working hours) or dataprivacy@azenzus-vision.com
