Generate a Report
It is possible to generate and download a Report of an Inspection you’re currently working with right in Azenzus Inspection App. To do so, follow the instructions below.
❶ Open the three dots menu at the right top corner of the screen → tap “Generate Report”.
❷ Fill in the Report configuration:
Report Type: press the triangle on the right to open the dropdown menu with Report Types available to you.
Date: press the triangle on the right to open calendar and indicate the precise date.
File Name: type in the desired file name if necessary.
Options:
Add images as attachment: checkmark this option to include images to the Report .zip file.
Send to email: checkmark this option to share the Report with your colleagues via email
Recipients: indicate the recipient(-s) email addresses in aa@example.com format.
If you want to send the Report to several emails, they have to be delimited by a comma ( , ).Email subject: indicate the subject of the future email with the Report.
❸ Press the “Generate” button to initiate Report generation process.
Download an Inspection Report
It is possible to download generated Reports right in Azenzus Inspection App. To do so, follow the instructions below.
❶ Open the three dots menu at the right top corner of the screen → press “Download Report” to open the Report Queue screen.
❷ Swipe down to refresh the Report Queue screen.
❸ Tap the “Download” icon on the right side of the needed Report to initiate download.
As long as the Report has its status “In progress”, the “Download” icon on remains inactive.
❹ Tap the “Open File” icon to open the .zip Report file on your Android device.
❺ In your preferred file management app, locate the .zip Report file.
❻ Locate the PDF Report file in the .zip archive.
❼ Here’s how your Inspection Report will look like on Android after opening.
