Report appearance
There is an option to set up Report appearance in Report Manager menu or through CheckMate settings when you’re logged in. This feature allows customer to add his own branding to standard reports and thus provide better reports and user experience for his clients.
Follow the instructions below to learn how to customise Report appearance and Company profile in no time.
User guide
Open in Azenzus Inspection Manager
After login to Azenzus Inspection Manager, open the Report Manager menu at the top toolbar → click on the “Report Appearance” option.
Open in CheckMate
After login to CheckMate, press on the triangle dropdown icon on the right of profile icon → click on the “Company Profile” option.
Report appearance / Company profile details
Company data
❶ Enter the needed company name.
❷ Replace / remove company logo. Logo dimensions are strictly 150x30 px.
❸ Adjust company colors.
Report colours
❹ Adjust colours of the Report main section.
❺ Adjust colours of the Report subsection.
Report footer
❻ Make changes to the Report footer. Use HTML to format the footer.
❼ Press “Save changes” to store the new Report appearance / Company profile.
