Attachments
Attachments are often used during the inspection process to record and prove an Asset’s condition and identify related findings. Saving pictures as Attachments in connection with a specific Location, Asset, or Checklist Item helps document the current state of an object under inspection more precisely and efficiently.
That is why in Azenzus Inspection Manager, you have an option to add the most relevant pictures of Locations, Assets, and Checklist Items either manually or capture on-site photos and save them as Attachments.
Location Attachments
❶ Click the square icon with a number on the right side of a selected Location to open related Attachments. The digit in the square icon shows the number of attached files. Click the digit to view them.
❷ Double-click a photo to view it in the gallery.
❸ Double-click an Attachment to edit or open it.
❹ Click the X icon in the top right corner of an Attachment thumbnail to remove the selected Attachment.
❺ Use the “Download” and “Upload” buttons in the bottom right corner of the Attachments tab to download existing files or upload new ones.
❻ Click the “Fullscreen” icon at the top right corner of the "Edit Photo" window to switch to fullscreen mode.
❼ Use the arrow buttons on the sides of "Edit Photo" window to scroll through the photos in gallery.
❽ Scroll your mouse wheel on a photo in the "Edit Photo" window to zoom in or out. Hold and drag the photo with your right mouse button to move across the image while zoomed.
❾ Use the rotation buttons to rotate a photo if necessary.
❿ Use the rich text editor at the bottom of the "Edit Photo" window to comment on the photo you’re currently viewing.
Press and hold Ctrl + right-click or left-click on the needed Attachments to select them in bulk for download.
Use your keyboard arrow buttons to switch between the images in the gallery.
Asset Attachments
❶ Select an Asset → Click the square icon with a number on the right side of a selected Asset to open related Attachments. The digit on the square icon shows the number of attached files. CLick the digit to view them.
❷ Double-click a photo to view it in the gallery.
❸ Double-click an Attachment to edit or open it.
❹ Click the “Fullscreen” icon at the top right corner of the "Edit Photo" window to switch to fullscreen mode.
❺ Click the X icon in the top right corner of an Attachment thumbnail to remove the selected Attachment.
❻ Scroll your mouse wheel on a photo in the "Edit Photo" window to zoom in / out. Hold and drag the photo with your right mouse button to move across the image while zoomed.

Checklist Attachments
❶ Press anywhere in the Location row to open the list of Assets assigned to it.
❷ Press anywhere in the needed Asset row to open the Checklist assigned to it.
❸ Click the square icon with a number on the left side of a selected Checklist Item to open related Attachments. The digit in the square shows the quantity of attached files. Click the digit to view them.
❹ Double-click a photo to view it in the gallery.
❺ Use the “Download” and “Upload” buttons in the bottom right corner of the Attachments tab to download existing files or upload new ones.
❻ Click the “Fullscreen” icon at the top right corner of the "Edit Photo" window to switch to fullscreen mode.
