Attachments are often used during the inspection process to record and prove Asset condition and identify related findings. Saving pictures as Attachments in connection with a specific Location, Asset or Checklist Item helps documenting the current state of an object of inspection more precisely and efficiently.
That is why in Azenzus Inspection Manager you have an option to add the most relevant pictures of Locations, Assets and Checklist Items either manually or capture on-site photos and save them as Attachments.
Location Attachments
❶ Select a Location.
❷ Click on the “Attachments” tab or click on the “Image” icon near the needed Location / Asset / Checklist Item to view attached files.
The digit in square shows the number of attached files. Click on the digit to vie Attachments.
❸ Double-click on a photo to view it in gallery.
❹ Double-click on a document to download it.
❺ Click on the cross icon to remove an Attachment.
❻ Use arrow buttons to scroll through the photos in the gallery.
❼ Use rotation buttons to correct orientation of a photo if necessary.
❽ Use rich text editor to comment on a photo.
❾ Click to download / upload Attachments.
Press and hold Ctrl + right / left mouse button click on the needed Attachments for bulk selection.
Use your mouse scroll wheel to zoom an image in / out. Hold the image with your right mouse button to move across it while zoomed in.
Use your keyboard arrow buttons to switch between the images in gallery.
Asset Attachments
❶ Select a Location.
❷ Select an Asset.
❸ Click on the Attachments tab near the Asset tab to view attached files.
The digit in square shows the quantity of attached files. Click on the digit to view them.
❹ Double-click on a photo to view it in gallery.
❺ Double-click on a document to download it.
❻ Use arrow buttons to scroll through the photos in gallery.
❼ Use rotation buttons to spin a photo if necessary.
❽ Use rich text editor to comment on a photo.
❾ Click to download / upload Attachments.
Checklist Attachments
❶ Select a Location.
❷ Select an Asset. A relevant Checklist will open automatically.
❸ The digit in square shows the quantity of attached files. Click on the digit to view them.
❹ Double-click on a photo to view it in gallery.
❺ Use arrow buttons to scroll through the photos in gallery.
❻ Use rotation buttons to spin a photo if necessary.
❼ Use rich text editor to comment on a photo.
❽ Click to download / upload Attachments.
